There’s many simple ways to cook peaches. I like to make a batch that takes less than 30 minutes in total, including prep time. With only 3 ingredients, this dish gives you a quick delicious snack or dessert.
You will need Cinnamon, stevia (or a natural artificial sweetener of your choice), and 3 yellow peaches.
Chop the peaches into small bite size pieces. Put in an oven friendly pan. Mix in 3 teaspoons of sweetener and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. You can add more or less as wanted for your individual taste.
Preheat an oven to 300°F and bake for 10 minutes. Stir well and bake another 10 minutes.
When they are finished, stir again and allow to rest 5 minutes. They can be eaten as is or mixed into a zero fat / low calorie yogurt to give a different flavor.
