Year 2 Week 5 Summary - Get Fit No Excuse

It’s Year 2 Week 5 of my personal journey to #GetFit with #NoExcuses. Welcome back to my regular followers and welcome to all of my new ones.

This past week I have not worked out every day like normal. #Life, #health, and some lack of #motivation, all combined in a way that made it tough for me to actually get up and exercise. I did manage an every other day workout, which is better than nothing. I am actually disappointed in myself because of my progress.

What I have to realize though, is that I am human and things happen. I am keeping my weight steady, cheating every now and then on my diet, but not a lot. I am still trying to find that perfect balance of where I can enjoy life, enjoy my regular workouts, but also eat sweets sometimes, because most of us need them every now and then. I also have to not get #aggravated when things out of my #control stop me from #exercising. We all have moments when #time gets away from us because we are actually busy with family or life, and we aren’t just sitting around eating our way through a bag of potato chips on the couch.

My #motto, Get Fit No Excuses, is about not sitting on that couch. It isn’t about things like health problems or family/life activities. It’s supposed to help empower yourself and #motivate you to get up and get moving. That’s what I use it for.

I have been #cooking a lot and #experimenting with different foods for Padrone over the past few weeks and have decided that I will try to post a weekly recipe about a new dish I come up with that is easy to do and usually healthy. This is one of those subjects in which many parts of my life, as well as this blog, combine. In cooking for my Padrone, it’s part of my duties as his submissive, but also satisfies my desire to serve. It also comes under my fitness journey, because food is a very important part of living a healthier lifestyle.

I have been contemplating if I should #separate the different #subject #matters of this #one large #site, into a couple of smaller sites. Let me know what you think. Do you like the ‘one stop shop’ approach I have taken with Michelle Fegatofi Lifestyle or do you prefer to go to different places to get information you are searching for on specific topics.

Thank you in advance for your input! I look forward to reading your comments.

See you next week!

Hi Michelle... Personally I like the one stop shopping approach. Less time jumping around sites to read and take it all in!
